NLRB to carpenters: Stop picketing By Kathy Robertson, Sacramento Business Journal
Regulators say a picketing campaign by Carpenters Union Local 46 against local employers and their customers violates federal labor law, and they're asking a judge to halt it.
The regional office of the National Labor Relations Board, which oversees relations between unions and employers, issued a complaint last week against the union over its tactics, accusing the union of coercion and failure to seek a timely vote on representation by employees of the targeted companies.------------------------------------------- posted 7:21 AM :: reference link ::
