Union sees tough talks ahead at NiMo By FRED O. WILLIAMS, Buffalo News
Workers who keep Niagara Mohawk's wires humming have never gone on strike, but they're bracing for a battle now as the present contract winds down to its expiration date Sept. 30.
Electrical workers say they expect looming contract talks - the first with new owner National Grid - to be especially contentious.
