The demonstrators have been outside Pridgen's business the last two Tuesdays and brought with them an inflatable brown rat, Pridgen's attorney, John F. Brady said.
'That thing was huge,' Pridgen said, estimating it rose up from the sidewalk to nearly the second story of his building.
Pridgen's case alleges union officials have distributed misleading messages through fliers and a megaphone about the use of non-union labor at job sites of a company known as LCC.
