Canada nails solid win in softwood lumber fight CTV.ca
The panel concluded U.S. authorities had no fresh evidence to back their claims.
It also said the U.S. was 'simply unwilling to accept this panel's review authority ... and has consistently ignored the authority of this panel in an effort to preserve its finding of threat of material injury.'
Canada's position is that, if the U.S. arguments can't win the day, there can be no reason for it to levy countervailing duties and anti-dumping duties amounting to 27.2 per cent.------------------------------------------- posted 5:31 AM :: reference link ::
