    Manous describes land scam By Steve Walsh, Gary Post Tribune, IN
    SOUTH BEND — Star prosecution witness Peter Manous testified he manufactured the documents real estate agent Carl Paul Ihle said were part of a consulting contract in the Coffee Creek scandal.

    And, Manous said, he involved his parents, using their names — with their knowledge — in creating a shell company that funneled bribe money to a carpenters union official.
