    Worker dies in 60-ft. fall at Met New York Daily News
    Kielar was wearing a harness, but investigators believe he had untethered himself momentarily just before the 6-by-6-foot glass panel he was standing on fell through.

    An anvil-like counterweight used to distribute the load on the panel evenly also plunged to the floor, police said, but it was unclear whether it had been resting on the glass or whether the worker dropped it.
