Electrocution at Manassas company wrecks lives By Karen Chaffraix, Gainesville Times, VA
'A week earlier they had done a washdown of the cold dock,' said a Martin Brower employee, who wished to remain anonymous. 'They never taped the box off to keep it dry. Some guys were saying how they would push the button and the box would arc from one side of the loading dock to the other. They just laughed. You know, a bunch of guys.'
'The day he pushed that button, it shorted,' said the employee. 'The box is still there, and everything is the same,' he said. 'As far as I can tell, the boxes have never been changed.'
'Poor management,' he added. 'They didn't even call the paramedics.'------------------------------------------- posted 8:15 AM :: reference link ::
