A portion of the parking garage under construction near the NIH Clinical Research Center collapsed Nov. 29, killing one worker. Ronal Alvarado Gochez, a 25-year-old construction worker from Falls Church, Va., was working on the fourth floor of the six-level garage near the NIH Clinical Research Center when a portion of the fifth level above him collapsed, trapping him beneath tons of debris.------------------------------------------- posted 7:48 AM :: reference link ::
