Quebecor Gets Hit With Unfair Labor Charge By MATT GOURAS, AP, Centre Daily Times, PA
NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The National Labor Relations Board is making additional charges of labor law violations against Quebecor World Inc., a Montreal, Quebec-based printing company that has been accused of using union-busting tactics.
Quebecor says it is being unfairly targeted by national labor unions that are trying to force the company to sign agreements that would take away its rights in labor organization cases.
The NLRB said Monday that it has added five new labor law violations to 22 counts coming out of the company's Covington, Tenn., and Corinth, Miss., plants.------------------------------------------- posted 7:30 AM :: reference link ::
