software lumber dispute? a typo in the NYTimes....
U.S. Dealt Another Setback in Canadian Lumber Fight By IAN AUSTEN, The New York Times

The Commerce Department has been calculating the price of a log in every softwood exporting province to create a benchmark against which provincial cutting fees could be judged.
The Commerce Department now has until Jan. 24 to respond to the latest ruling.------------------------------------------- posted 7:27 AM :: reference link ::
