City man dies at job By Elizabeth Bacelar and Eugene Driscoll, Danbury News Times, CT
Falls are the leading killer in the construction industry, responsible for some 200 deaths and 100,000 injuries per year, according to OSHA statistics.
OSHA regulations require a person working more than six feet in the air to use some type of 'fall protection system,' such as a body harness or guard rail.
Neither safety measure was in use Sunday, police and a neighbor said.
