    Labor's standard-bearer By John O'Connell, Idaho State Journal
    Huerta, who helped establish the United Farm Workers of America along with Chavez, and who is credited with playing a major role in the civil rights movement, spoke on Tuesday night at Idaho State University to conclude the university's Human Rights Celebration.

    She has been arrested 26 times while trying to talk with farm workers.
