Labour pains By NEIL WAUGH, EDMONTON SUN
The form letters went up on the Alberta Building Trades Council website this week. Just fill in the appropriate blanks. Technology does the rest.
'For 18 years now,' says the meat of the letter, 'there has been a delicate balance between labour and management in Alberta's construction sector.'
