NAFTA rules again in Canada's favour - Canadian Press
The forest industry and federal government Tuesday welcomed the latest trade ruling they say reinforces Canada's case in its softwood lumber battle with the United States.
In a ruling Monday, a dispute-settlement panel set up under the North American Free Trade Agreement once again rejected some of the U.S. calculations used to levy countervailing duties against Canadian lumber exports.
