    But that's enough lament. Right now, to all the mechanics, carpenters, waiters, road crews, landscapers, nurses, retail workers, fast food workers, roofers, painters and everyone else out there who we rely upon to get things done, we salute you this weekend. Enjoy your barbecues and your day off. As John Lennon once said in a song, a working class hero is something to be.
