Meatpackers' union calls for criminal charges - CP, The Globe and Mail
Union representative Archie Duckworth said Mr. O'Halloran had bruises on his head and side and was unable to move his neck or arm.
There were conflicting accounts of what caused the collision, with some workers alleging Mr. O'Halloran's sport utility vehicle was run off the road by plant managers, while others said he crashed it while trying to avoid being served with legal papers.------------------------------------------- posted 5:05 AM :: reference link ::
