New digs for MATC building trades - By Leah Fliter, The Manhattan Mercury
The current building, which serves 15 students, measures about 1,500 square feet, which Edleston said 'creates a very small classroom with very little floor space for any type of machinery like woodworking.' So most years, students have had to learn woodworking skills at the college's annual building trades project house.
'Building trades is in the worst building on campus, and the irony is not lost on us,' Edleston said.
