Workday Minnesota needs your help! - Letter by Howard Kling, Director, Labor Education Service
Since its inception, Workday has been a collaboration between the University of Minnesota Labor Education Service and the Minnesota AFL-CIO, with LES providing a home and support for Workday and the AFL-CIO providing the money to hire an editor and maintain the service. Additional sponsors have helped over the years, but the lion's share of the financing has come from the AFL-CIO.

Recently, the Minnesota AFL-CIO notified LES that funding for Workday is discontinued, effective immediately, due to financial hardships created by the recent split in the AFL-CIO.
