Panhandler hassled by phantom union - by Dave Rogers, CanWest News Service
The Ottawa Panhandlers Union is affiliated with Industrial Workers of the World (also known as the Wobblies), a 100-year-old union that favours 'revolutionary industrial unionism and the abolition of capitalist wage slavery.'
