Falls at work not coming down - Norwich Union Risk Services, UK
Norwich Union's own claims research has highlighted that falls remain a major cause of injuries and fatalities. Phil Grace, Norwich Union's casualty risk manager said that industry in general needed to 'get its house in order' by improving the control of work at height.

Interestingly, some of the most serious incidents logged by the insurer were caused by falls from a relatively low height, or activities that were carried out close to the ground.
