Hoffa wins re-election as Teamsters president - By Press Associates via Workday Minnesota
With 272,820 Teamsters voting nationwide, out of total union membership of more than 1.2 million, Hoffa, a Detroit native, had 174,963 votes (64.1 percent) to 92,444 (33.9 percent) for challenger Tom Needham of Portland, Ore.
