An egg-sucking dog, Vander Kooi explained, is a good employee gone bad. 'Something has snapped up here,' he said, pointing to his head. 'And now they are a cancer on your company.'This employee spreads negativity, Vander Kooi said, and can doom a company if he's not dealt with. And every company, he said, has the type.
