    High Winds Blamed For Deadly Scaffolding Accident In Brooklyn - NY1, NY
    Family members are mourning the loss of a man who died during his first day on the job at a construction site in Brooklyn.

    Police say 43-year-old construction worker Jose Palacio plummeted 13 floors to his death Wednesday morning when a scaffolding collapsed on Clinton Avenue.
