Norwood Voices Dismay at ULLICO Hearing
“Let me say on the record that I am hopeful that the federal and state investigations of ULLICO that are underway – the Department of Labor, the Department of Justice, the Maryland State Insurance Commissioner, the SEC, the federal grand jury – will determine once and for all – and soon – whether and which laws have been violated here. And I make this promise – if we need broaden this investigation to determine why federal grand juries think this area of the law is so unclear – I for one am only too happy to do so.
