    Nova Scotia: Wal-Mart strikers ordered back to work
    The provincial Labour Relations Board slapped a cease-and-desist order Wednesday on a group of strikers at a Wal-Mart construction site in Amherst.

    An illegal strike hit the project Tuesday, when members of Local 1392 of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America walked off the job.
