SNE cuts 600 jobs By Nick Sargent, Wausau Daily Herald
The union's contract expired at midnight Sunday, and the 942 members of United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America, Local 1594, are working without a contract during the negotiations, union president Larry Seay said. SNE Enterprises is a privately owned manufacturer of vinyl and wood windows and doors.
