    Daley, gov push for union concessions BY FRAN SPIELMAN, Chicago Sun Times, IL
    Armed with conventioneers' complaints about skyrocketing costs and a 'bad attitude' at McCormick Place, Mayor Daley will join forces with Gov. Blagojevich today to add political muscle to the demand for union givebacks.

    Costly work rules that require union decorators to blow up balloons, Teamsters to move boxes -- even discarded ones -- and licensed electricians to make cable connections more than 10 feet long are just some of the changes City Hall is seeking.
