    There's still a grain of hope for Causey's Mill BY FRED CARROLL, Hampton Roads Daily Press, VA
    In a year or so, two carpenters hope a floodgate will open, water will rush in, a turbine will spin massive gears and a 19th-century tide mill on Lake Maury in Newport News will again grind wheat, corn and barley.
