    Fresh Indictments in NYC Corruption Case By MICHAEL WEISSENSTEIN, AP
    The developer of the headquarters project and the head of an elevator company pleaded guilty earlier this year in connection with the case, U.S. Attorney Roslynn Mauskopf said Wednesday.

    She said in a statement that the defendants engaged in a number of schemes at the MTA headquarters, including charging the authority for union labor while using nonunion workers and pocketing the difference.
