Union: Pay back pension fund By Steve Walsh, Gary Post Tribune, IN
Carpenters do not want to let Peter Manous off the hook for the money lost in the Coffee Creek scandal.
In the last week, the Carpenters Pension Trust Fund has been asking U.S. District Judge Robert L. Miller Jr. to reconsider his Nov. 3 decision not to require the former attorney to repay the union for the money it lost in the deal. No hearing date has been set.------------------------------------------- posted 9:02 AM :: reference link ::
