    Unions Have No Answers to Outsourcing LaborTalk by Harry Kelber
    The AFL-CIO cannot afford to stand helplessly on the sidelines while tens of thousands of needed jobs disappear overseas. Unless it finds ways to discourage multinationals from seeking superprofits through outsourcing, American workers will be drawn inevitably into the “race to the bottom.”
