The world's tallest building and a Renaissance that wasn't BY GEORGE E. JORDAN, Newark Star Ledger, NJ
The first sign something was amiss was the mall's 'grand opening' party. The building was incomplete: light fixtures and duct work were visible overhead through the open ceilings, metal studs and electrical wires showed through the open walls.
