    Four Powerful Senior House Members Initiate Letter Urging Bush Compliance with NAFTA, WTO Canadian Lumber Decisions American Consumers for Affordable Homes
    Four leading members of the U.S. House of Representatives today invited their colleagues to join them in signing a letter to President George Bush, calling for an end to duties currently being imposed on softwood lumber imports from Canada that essentially amount to a punitive federal tax of more than 20 percent on consumers and homebuyers.
