President Embree wishes members a Happy Canada Day - BC Carpenters Union
BC Carpenters Union President Len Embree says this year's Canada Day is especially important for Canadian Union members.
'It has been a tough fight, but our struggle to win Canadian autonomy is starting to become a reality,' says Embree, referring to the recent decision by the BC Labour Board to grant BC Carpenters Union certification to the organization's new, all-Canadian union, CMAW.
'Canada Day is about indepedence, freedom and justice, and that is what our Canadian Autonomy fight is about,' says Embree.------------------------------------------- posted 2:49 PM :: reference link ::
