WorkSafe BC finds gaps in who's responsible for safety at forestry work sites - By Gordon Hoekstra, CP via OHS Canada
After more than 300 inspections this year, WorkSafe BC says it has also found issues around training and supervision.
The inspections were part of the agency's forest compliance strategy, launched in January, in the wake of one of the worst year for forest worker deaths in the past two decades.
