Target sues unnamed blogger - BY SCOTT CARLSON, St. Paul Pioneer Press
The lawsuit said Target has tried to contact the blogger directly by sending him private messages, including a 'cease and desist letter,'' through the Web site's forums but the person has not responded to its e-mail messages.
Don Seaquist, president of Local 789, said Wednesday he doesn't regret that the union posted the blog or that it subsequently took it down. 'It didn't have any value to us'' in the union's efforts to organize Target workers, Seaquist said. 'In hindsight, it was a good idea we pulled it down.''------------------------------------------- posted 1:24 PM :: reference link ::
