Protest at Taco Bell kicks off labor rights awareness week By Jasmine Probst, Senior Reporter
As part of national Student and Labor Solidarity Week, UC's chapter of the national organization United Students Against Sweatshops is hosting various activities and talks on campus this week to support workers' rights and fair working conditions.
'Primarily this whole week is to educate and just raise awareness,' said fifth-year civil engineering student Vincent Beach.
