State Plan Fines UPS for Alleged Evidence Tampering Safety.BLR
Utah OSHA has accused United Parcel Service (UPS) of alleged tampering with evidence regarding the death of an employee last August 19. As a result, the state safety program fined the package delivery giant $71,700; UPS plans to appeal.

At issue was the electrocution of 33-year-old UPS employee Mark David Hills, who was killed when he made contact with an electrically energized metal surface.
