Two Workers Killed In Separate Accidents NBC 17 - News
'(The men) were up towards the top of the rebar column and they were reinforcing it so that they could pour the concrete in to make the permanent column,' Sgt. John Barnwell of the N.C. State Campus Police said. 'The rebar column started giving way and eventually came to the ground.'
Barnwell said since state regulations required that the workers be harnessed to the rebar column, they came tumbling down with it.------------------------------------------- posted 7:01 AM :: reference link ::
