Developer accused of 2,772 bad checks Indianapolis Star
Approximately $25 million has been raised in sales, which is estimated to be more than 90 percent of the appraised value of the houses and land.
All that money has gone to pay lawyers, banks and other lenders who claimed to be secured creditors with mortgages on his properties.
