    Nationalize power utilities, union tells province - CBC Newfoundland and Labrador
    A union representing electrical workers says Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro should merge with privately owned Newfoundland Power to form a new Crown corporation.

    The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers included the call in its recommendations for a new provincial energy plan.
