    OSHA Fines Concrete Contractor After Collapse - Denver News Story - KMGH Denver
    "The shoring, concrete and framework collapsed and the employees fell to the floor below. Several were seriously injured.

    OSHA's office directors in Englewood, John Healy, said CEI 'was well aware of, yet did not comply with, the standards that would have protected employees from the hazards we found during our inspection.”
